Winter Diving
I agree!
But there's nothing like 45 minutes in our local river on a moonlit night. Down to a maximum depth of 18 meters in a gentle current, saying hallo to the local catfish, pike etc. and back again to our starting point thanks to the backwater in the large bay. Then, of course, to warm up again, a beer with the boys in our "local".
I agree! Ever since I started diving here in Switzerland in 1992 I've dived through every winter and I wouldn't miss it. I can live without ice-diving - I've tried it, but found tramping through snow and ice to and from the hole to much like hard work, so I now leave that to the younger generation.
