Branch Formation Request Form

The process of forming a branch is simple and the first step is to request an Information Pack from the membership department at BSAC HQ. Using the form below ensures that the correct information is given to begin the process and allows the membership department to record and monitor details of requests made and to allow follow up if necessary.

To form a Branch of The British Sub-Aqua Club, you will need:

To accept and agree that the Branch will be run in accordance with the Rules of the BSAC, and will abide by the published recommendations and guidance of BSAC in its administration, training and diving activities.
Not less than eight people willing to join as Full Members.
Members willing to serve as officers (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Diving Officer) on a Branch Committee.
