TO AVOID DELAYS

Please quote your membership number.
Do we have your correct name & address? If not please amend it. If you are moving house, please let us know at shop@bsac.com.
Do we have your correct postcode? Incorrect postcodes will result in a delay in delivery of your goods.
Please include your current e-mail address in the space provided.
Please be precise about where you would like your goods left if you are out. To enable security of your goods, we are unable to leave parcels outside your front door or anywhere visible or insecure. Orders can be delivered to an alternative address, ie work.

DELIVERY PROMISE
Your order will normally be despatched within 7 working days. If you do not receive your order within 14 days or if an order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. For a refund or exchange, all goods must be returned. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 1 month of your order date. Please write or telephone your enquiry on 0151 350 6222/6225.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
A signature will be required on delivery of all parcels, please ensure someone will be in

to sign for the parcel. Parcels can be delivered to a work address.

Where can we leave goods if you are out?
(Please specify somewhere safe, e.g. in garage or with neighbour.)

Postage & Packing Information
N.B. These rates do not apply for mailings to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands or BFPO adresses. For a quote on mailing to these destinations, please contact customer service on 0151 350 6222/6225.

Forces Parcel Post

Due to the BSAC incurring extra postal charges for despatching parcel orders to

BFPO addresses via BFPO London the following rates will apply from 5th of May 2007.

This is the first time we have passed on the extra costs to our BFPO customers.

For parcel orders weighing between 2-3Kg the charge will be £10.00

For parcel orders weighing between 3-10Kg the charge will be £14.00

For parcel orders weighing between 10-20Kg the charge will be £16.00

and for parcels weighing between 20-30Kg the charge will be £20.00

TERMS OF BUSINESS

You must authorise full payment by bank or credit card for your order, unless you have a Trade Account with the BSAC, in which case you will be invoiced for the value of the goods supplied. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Overseas orders will be sent by Airmail, in which case the additional costs will be charged to the customer. If the order is heavy a courier charge will be added. You will be notified of the courier cost before we despatch the order.
Please ensure you quote your BSAC membership number if you are a current member or your Account number if you are one of our Schools/Retail Centres or Corporate Members, also ensure you include your name and address for delivery in the space provided before submitting your order bearing in mind that anything weighing over 1kg will need someone to sign for the parcel on delivery at the address given.
BSAC reserves the right to alter or amend the specification or price of any item without prior notice.
