The NDC is effectively made up of 2 formal groups. The National Diving Committee is made up of around 35 members each with a specific remit and these fall within 5 broad groups:

Each of these Groups is headed by a Group Leader who is an active Instructor and these 5 Group Leaders together with the NDO, Deputy NDO and 2 managers from HQ make up the NDC Steering Group. A fuller view of the structure of NDC can be seen below
National Diving Committee (NDC) Steering Group
The Steering Group forms a direct advisory group to the NDO and meets regularly to share information on the progress of projects and to plan future activities within their groups. The Steering Groups remit is to ensure that a consistent approach is adopted by all those delegated responsibility by the NDO and to avoid duplication of effort.
