Buoyancy & Trim Workshop
The Buoyancy & Trim Workshop has the primary aim of improving the buoyancy & trim skills of existing BSAC divers. The workshop consists of a theory presentation and a practical session. There are four levels of achievement, namely; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Black depending on the limits to which the diver can maintain their buoyancy and trim, whether with or without task loading.
The Buoyancy & Trim Workshops should be delivered within a BSAC Branch, Region or Centre.

Instructor Requirements
The minimum instructor grade of 'BSAC OWI' is required to deliver the Buoyancy & Trim Workshop.
